This Privacy Policy explains how Tavon Team collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the Tavon service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the service.

1) Who we are

Tavon is a community for cosplay enthusiasts where you can create, edit, share, and explore cosplay videos and related content from users worldwide.

2) Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

A. Information you provide

  • Account information: name, username, email address.
  • User content: videos, photos, captions, comments, messages, and other content you submit to the service.
  • Customer support: the content of your support requests and any information you choose to provide.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, identifiers (such as device identifiers), network information, time zone.
  • Usage data: features you use, pages/screens viewed, interactions, session duration, and similar analytics data.
  • Crash and diagnostics: crash logs, performance data, and error reports.
  • Approximate or precise location (with permission): if you grant location permissions, we may collect approximate or precise location information depending on your device settings.

C. Cookies and similar technologies (when applicable)

  • Login: keep you signed in.

3) Photos, face data, and biometrics

  • No facial recognition / no biometrics: we do not perform facial recognition for identification and we do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information to uniquely identify you.
  • One-time processing for generation/effects: if you choose to use features that generate effects or transformations, we process media only to provide the requested result.
  • Storage defaults: original photos/videos remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload.
  • Not used for training or marketing: we do not use your photos/videos for advertising profiling, marketing purposes, or to train third-party models.

4) AI-assisted or server-side generation features (if you choose to use them)

Some optional features may use AI-assisted or server-side processing to help you create or enhance content (for example, generating effects or transformations).

  • Upload control: you decide whether to upload text or images/media for processing.
  • Processing location: uploaded inputs are processed on Tavon Team’s own servers or infrastructure under our control.
  • No third-party sharing: we do not share your uploaded inputs with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not sell personal information.
  • Deletion after processing: we delete uploaded inputs promptly after processing, unless limited retention is required for security, debugging, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
  • Output control: you control whether to save, share, or delete generated output.

5) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the service (including account creation, authentication, content hosting, and community features)
  • Personalize your experience (such as remembering preferences)
  • Improve and develop the service (including analytics, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring)
  • Keep the service safe and secure (including fraud prevention, abuse detection, and enforcement of our terms and policies)
  • Respond to customer support requests and communicate with you about the service
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We do not sell personal information.

6) How we share information

We share information only as described below and on a minimum-necessary basis:

  • Service providers (processors): trusted vendors that help operate the service (such as hosting, analytics, security monitoring, and support tools). They process information only on our instructions and must protect it.

  • Account deletion: when you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal information within 30 days (subject to limited exceptions).
