1) Eligibility (17+)
You must be at least 17 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2) Accounts and security
- Account information: you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain it.
- Credentials: you are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under your account.
- Unauthorized use: notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches.
3) The service and community features
Tavon is a community for cosplay enthusiasts where users can create, edit, share, and explore cosplay videos and related content from users worldwide. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
4) User content and license
A. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you create, upload, or share ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to post your User Content, including rights to music, images, video, and any other materials.
- Your User Content does not violate any law, third-party rights, or these Terms.
B. License you grant to Tavon Team
To operate the service, you grant Tavon Team a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting only), distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with providing and improving the service.
This license continues until your User Content is removed from the service, except to the extent we need to retain copies for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or backup for a limited period.
5) AI-assisted or server-side generation features (optional)
The service may offer optional features that use AI-assisted or server-side processing to help you create or enhance content (for example, generating effects or transformations).
- Your control: you decide whether to upload text or images/media for processing.
- Processing and deletion: uploaded inputs are processed on infrastructure under Tavon Team’s control and are deleted promptly after processing, except where limited retention is required for security, debugging, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
- No third-party sharing for their purposes: we do not share your uploaded inputs with third parties for their own purposes.
6) Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Post illegal, deceptive, or harmful content
- Post content that is sexually explicit involving minors, or that exploits or endangers minors (strictly prohibited)
- Harass, threaten, or promote hate or violence against others
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or interfere with its security or operation
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by law
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations.
7) Reporting and moderation
We may (but are not obligated to) monitor content and enforce these Terms. You can report suspected violations by contacting us at caomhano47314@outlook.com.
8) Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party services or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.
9) Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease.
10) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
11) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVON TEAM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAVON TEAM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tavon Team from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Governing law; binding arbitration
Governing law: these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Tavon Team’s primary place of business is located, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.
Binding arbitration: except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. The arbitration will be conducted:
- In the jurisdiction of Tavon Team’s primary place of business (the "Seat")
- Before a single arbitrator
- In English
- Under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider mutually agreed by the parties (or, if not agreed, selected by the arbitrator)
Class action waiver: you and Tavon Team agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding, to the extent permitted by law.
14) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
